Designer New Homes
We don’t carry set housing plans or designs as every new home we build is completely bespoke and specifically designed around the site, the sun-light hours, prevailing weather and views. You will not believe how a site specific designed home will not only look absolutely incredible, but will ultimately transform the way you live as sun, shade and weather is also taken into consideration.
Our Process
Step 1
Simply get in touch and tell us what you are planning to do. We would love to be involved from the start of your planning process and can point you in the direction of an architect / designer or work with your own designer. From the outset, we ensure a cohesive approach and that you are getting exactly what you want within your budget.
Step 2
The designer will produce a Concept (basically a flash picture) of the build. Once you approve this, we will provide a rough estimate of costs.
Step 3
Once you are happy with the Estimate, the designer will produce Working Drawings of your home and these will be submitted into council for planning approval.
Step 4
It is now time to get signed agreements (including staged payment schedules) between the two parties (Frontline Builders and the client), before the build can proceed.
Step 5
Building Starts!
The build begins, but not without constant liaison and scheduled update meetings throughout the build process.
Step 6
Completion
